The scope of the project involved the design on 22,000 square feet of office space within the unfinished second floor of a recently completed office building. The challenge of this project was fitting a tight program requiring numerous departmental adjacencies in a highly irregular building footprint.
The project demanded close coordination work between architect, engineers, systems furniture to successfully meet our client’s budget and schedule. The project was built on "fast-track" mode and was occupied five months after we were initially contacted about the project.
